Eligibility for Returns

- All items, including accessories and manuals, must be included in the package.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, which may be opened.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Return Process

- Provide Proof of Purchase: Ensure you include your order number or receipt in your return request.
- Shipping the Return:
- If the product is being returned due to damage, defect, or shipping issues, Blastrz will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the product is returned for other reasons (e.g., a change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at info@blastrz.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Provide photo evidence of the damage or defect.
- Based on your preference, we will offer a refund, replacement product, or a replacement for the defective part. Note that Blastrz does not offer repairs for returned items.
- Blastrz will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Refunds for returned items will reflect the price paid at the time of purchase, including promotional pricing.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Exchanges
Blastrz does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, damaged (not during shipping), or altered by the customer.
- Items returned without prior authorization or proof of purchase.
